The family gives Zoe 4 stars (votes ranged from 3 to 4.5).

After eating the aperitivos (aka free appetizers when you buy a drink), we ordered dinner.

I had penne pasta with mozzarella and basil.  A bit al dente, good flavor, could have used some more cheese.

Mediterranean burger - yes extensive burger menu.  No bun, no fries... But still got a 4.

Three club sandwiches with fries.  Al eaten, no complaints.  Received the 4.5 from our pickiest eater.

Ichnusa beer on draft from Sardinia.  A solid alternative to Italian beer.

Two negatives that we adapted to...no English menu and not the fastest.

All in all, a great stop on the way to the Piazzale Michelangelo.

    Enjoy!

Staff was unfriendly and snooty. Husband's Chianti was awful, as thought it had been open for several days in hot heat.  He exchanged it for beer. My parpadelle ai funghi was very good. His pizza seemed prepared ahead with mushrooms added as afterthought as they were cold. Several tables of patrons appeared frustrated and annoyed. I overheard complaints of prices vs quality. Staff seemed disorganized. Go someplace else!

Really nice looking place that we found by accident when it started to rain. Overall very good service and food. We had the salads which are BIG and filling. Seems like a great place in the evening for drinks or a casual dinner. Overall very solid experience here and recommended for a quick lunch when touring florence.

BAD Food WORST service ever in florence...we had to ask for the bill around 6 times and the place was empty they charge you a cover charge for food (ridiculous) we had a couple of salads and two drinks and a carpaccio and we ended up paying around a 100 euros
AVOID THIS PLACE IT'S A SCAM
Ohh and don't ask to pay with more than one card they won't let you (first timer in florence after visiting more than 20+ restaurants)

I have spent the past week in Italy and wanted a break from pizza and pasta. I stumbled across this place around 7 PM and ordered a Mexican burger and Mai Tai. The burger was delicious, the patty was wrapped in cheese and topped with guacamole, spicy sauce, lettuce and tomato. The fries were deliciously crispy and the drink was worth every cent. It is a bit more expensive than other places I have been to, but I would come again to try their happy hour special: buffet and a drink for 10€.
